16 oz. Angel Hair Pasta
1 lb. chick tenderloins
3 large eggs
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. flour - add black pepper and salt as desired
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 - 6 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare pasta per directions on box, set aside to cool.

2. Put eggs in bowl and stir.

3. Put flour and parmesan cheese into a shallow bowl and the bread crumbs into another shallow bowl.

4. With tongs, take the chicken and dredge it in flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs and set to the side until all tenderloins are covered.

5. Put olive oil in large skillet and heat - add tenderloins and cook on each side until done.

6. While chicken is cooking, take another pan and add some olive oil and garlic cloves. Saute until garlic is tender. Add the pasta and stir until well coated with oil and garlic.

7. Serve chicken over the pasta.
