Preheat to 400º
Parchment paper/Jelly Roll pan

½ pkg refrigerated pie crust (15oz)
⅔ C shredded sharp cheddar
2 pears, peeled, cored, cut to ¼" slices
2 apples, same
1 tbsp lemon juice
⅛ tsp nutmeg
¼ C brown sugar
3 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough into a large circle & place on prepared pan.
Sprinkle w/cheese, leaving a 1" border.
Combine fruits, juice, then nutmeg, sugar, flour; toss.
Arrange fruit onto dough, leaving a 2" border.
Fold edges of dough toward center, overlapping edges.
Press gently to seal. Fruit will show in the center circle.
Bake 25-30 min (crust is lightly browned).
Slide galette & paper onto wire rack to cool.
To serve: Drizzle w/maple syrup; dollop w/whipped cream.
