Cinnamon Roll Cookies Recipe

4 c. flour
1/2 t. lemon juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. salt
1c. butter crisco

1 T. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 beaten eggs
1 c. lukewarm milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, lemon juice, sugar, & salt. Add crisco, and mix well by hand. Combine eggs and milk and add to yeast.
Add to flour mixture and mix lightly.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours... better overnight! Cut in half and roll out. Spread with butter (olive oil), cinnamon, and sugar. Roll up and cut in 1/2 inch slices. Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten with your hand. Bake right away in 350' oven for 10-12 minutes. Let cool, then frost with cinnamon roll frosting.
