Preheat to 450º

Skin-on thighs
1 stick OMGarlic-marinated butter
½ C Chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Fry skin-on chicken thighs in an iron skillet
(7-9 min til crispy).
Flip and coat in OMGarlic butter.
Pour chicken stock into bottom of pan.
Bake uncovered another 20-30 min.
