3 cups cooked chick peas, drained
6 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1½ tsp. chili powder
1½ tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. tamari sauce or soya sauce
6 Tbsp. tahini
juice of three lemons (or to taste)
6 fresh scallions (white parts only)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Makes about 3½ cups.
