250g digestives -- crushed
100g melted butter
2 spoons Nutella

Box of 16 Ferrero Rocher
500g soft cheese (mascarpone or Philly)
2 spoons Nutella
100g caster sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 3 ingredients and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes while you prepare the filling.

Crush 8 Ferrero Rocher and mix together with the cheese, Nutella and sugar. Add to pan on top of the base. Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving. Decorate with 6 candies and reward your hard work by eating the remaining 2 candies.
