1 lemon
335g sugar

Directions:

Juice the lemon and cut up the fruit
Cook the fruit on high 6 minutes
Add sugar and cook on high for 20 minutes or until set

This makes a small amount of jam (approximately two jars) which can be useful if you have some spare fruit to use up.
