4 tilapia

Blackening mix:
1t basil
1 t smoked paprika
1/8 t red Cayenne pepper
1/2 t salt
1/t thyme
1 t lemon pepper
3/4t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t cumin

Rice pilaf

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare for freezing
1. Combine all blackening mix ingredients in a snack size baggie
2. 3/4 c Rice and 1 t chicken base in baggie
2. Put bagged fish and blackening in a large freezer bag and rice pilaf.

Thaw in Refrigerator:
Begin to prepare rice with added veggies in rice cooker
Pat fish dry. Rub all sides with blackening and pan fry in 1 T olive oil.
Serve with rice mix.
