1/2 c fresh lime juice
1/2 c tequila

Directions:
To prepare for freezing:
1. combine all ingredients for Marinade in gallon size freezer bag reserving 1/4 c to brush on chicken while grilling in a snack size baggie. Add chicken to the bag.
2. In a blender add all ingredients for black bean sauce. Except chicken broth. Just add enough broth the make the consistency of the sauce like heavy cream. Put in a quart size baggie. Freeze all together in a gallon size bag.

Thaw in the refrigerator:
Grill Chicken and baste with the reserved marinade. Heat black bean sauce in a sauce pan. To serve pool the sauce on the plate and set chicken on top. Sprinkle with dried parsley or dried cilantro. (or maybe chopped fresh tomato if you have any)

Personal Notes:
When we make this, see if we have enough to split this into 2 meals of 2-3 chicken breasts each?
