2 c. flour
2 sticks butter in slices
1 c. sourdough starter
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour, sugar and salt. Cut in the butter till the mixture is uniform. Add the sourdough starter and combine till a sticky dough forms. Shape, cover and refridgerate at least 1/2 hour or overnight. Roll into pie crust.
