3 cups Flour
3 cups Sugar
3 sticks Butter
5 Eggs
1 Tbsp Lemon extract
½ cup 7-up

icing:
3 cups Powered Sugar
½ cup Milk
3 tsp Vanilla
7-up
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time mixing each one in. Add lemon and 7-up. Mix together, Sift flour and add to mixture. Put into buttered and floured Bundt pan. Bake 325º for 80 minutes
While cake is baking mix together ingredients for icing adding enough 7-up to make a syrup. When cake is done, remove from oven and poke holes into bottom of cake. Pour icing into holes and fill the pan. Let cool before flipping to allow time for icing to soak in, After flipping you can pour more icing over top if you have any left or make some more.
