3 cups Milk
1¾ cups cooked Rice
1½ Tbsp Butter
½ cup Sugar
⅓ tsp Salt
3 Eggs
1 cup nuts, raisins or cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, add rice and butter. Combine sugar, salt nuts rains cherries and eggs. Blend milk mixture into egg mixture slowly so egg doesn't cook. Pour into greased dish, place into a large roasting pan with hot water. Bake 350º for approx. 1 hour or until set
