1st layer: 1 box of Vanilla Wafers
1 stick of butter, melted
2nd layer: 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
2 sticks of butter
4 cups powdered sugar
Fruit Layer:
¾ pint strawberries
3 bananas
1 large crushed pineapple, drained
1 large mandarin orange, drained
A large tub of Cool Whip
Nuts and cherries

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer: Crush vanilla wafers. Add melted butter. Mix, then press into the bottom of the 13x9 pan. Cook for 5 minutes at 350º. Cool 2nd Layer: Mix together and spread onto crust layer. Fruit Layer: Top cream cheese mixture with these fruits. Then... a large tub of Cool Whip, nuts, and cherries.
