2-3 large onions
Your favorite meatloaf recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Start fire
Precut aluminum foil sheets large enough to wrap onion balls
Remove outer skin of onion and chop in half, stem to bottom, as evenly as possible.
Separate each layer or 2 into matching pairs from outside to inside.
Form balls with meatloaf mixture, sized according to onion.
Secure meat in between 2 sections of onion.
Spray foil sheets with cooking spray.
Place onions on foil and wrap securely.
Place foil balls in hot coals for 10 minutes.
Flip over and cook another 10 minutes.
Check temperature with probe. Since onion sizes vary,so will cooking time.
Unwrap and enjoy.
