½ c. sugar
½ c. vinegar
2 tsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. butter
½ c. beet juice
1 16 oz. can beets
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar & corn starch together
Add vinegar & beet juice
Pour over beets let stand 30 minutes
Heat mixture add butter and cook until thickened
