3 oz. lime Jell-O
3 oz. grape Jell-O
3 oz. cherry Jell-O
1 1/4 c. boiling water to each 3 oz. Jell-O pkg.
1 envelope Knox gelitine
1/2 c. hot pineapple juice,
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla.

Crust:
2 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Place Jell-O and boiling water in bread pans and chill over night. Mix graham crackers and sugar together, add melted butter and press 3/4 of mixture in a 9x 13 dish leave 1/4 for salad topping.
Add Knox gelitine to hot pineapple juice and cool in fridge. Whip cream, add sugar and vanilla. Then add Knox mixture to whipped cream. Cut Jell-O into peices and add to whipped cream and Knox mixture. Put this mixture on top of the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crust mixture on top.
