30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
12 oz. pkg. pasta shells for stuffing

Stuffing:
16 oz. container cottage cheese
16 oz. mozzarella cheese (reserve approximately 1 cup for top)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
½ t. salt
⅛ t. pepper
1 t. chopped parsley
¼ c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells according to package directions; drain. Dry on paper towels. In a 9x14 pan, spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce to prevent shells from sticking. Stir together stuffing ingredients and stuff pasta shells. Place in pan and cover with remaining sauce. Top with reserved mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400º 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
