Directions:1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by spraying it with nonstick spray. 3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half, placing just the bottom halves in the prepared dish and setting the tops of the rolls aside. 4. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar, mixing until smooth. 5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls that are in the baking dish. 6. On top of the cream cheese spread, add the cherry pie filling. 7. Place the top halves of the buns on top of the cherry pie filling. 8. It is now time to make the graham cracker topping. Before you can combine the ingredients, be sure to crush a few graham crackers until you have 1/4 cup of crumbs. 9. In a medium bowl, melt the butter. 10. Add the graham cracker crumbs and sugar to the melted butter. 11. Use a pastry brush to brush the graham cracker mixture over the tops of the buns. 12. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake the sliders for 20 minutes. 13. After the 20 minutes, remove the foil from the baking dish, and bake for an additional 5 minutes (or until the tops of the sliders turn a golden brown). 14. Meanwhile, it's time to make the cream cheese frosting that you will drizzle over the baked Cherry Cheesecake Sliders. 15. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and confectioners' sugar. Mix these ingredients until smooth and creamy. 16. After you have removed the sliders from the oven the final time, drizzle the cream cheese mixture over the hot sliders. 17. Slice and serve. |
