Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Sugar
5 tbsp Butter(COLD - Leave this in the fridge until you're ready)
1 cup Cream (Heavy Cream or Half n Half will work)
1 cup Dried Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, Chocolate or Jalapeno and Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
The LESS you touch the dough with your hands the better these come out.

Preheat oven to 475º.
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt
Add the butter 1 tablespoon at a time. Use 2 forks to break the butter in. The butter pieces should be the size of peas.
Add any additional ingredients such as raisins or nuts.
Add the cream and mix until the dough comes together. Don't add it all at once. Add most of it and mix it. If it's too dry add the rest. Sometimes you need to add a little bit more than what the recipe calls for.
The dough should be a little bit wet and a little bit dry. (It's OK if the dough becomes too wet, they just might need to be cooked a little longer.)
Flatten the dough into a 6 inch disc and cut into 8 equal pieces using a knife
Bake on parchment paper. Keep cold until the oven is ready.
Bake for 10 minutes rotate and then bake another 10 minutes
Let cool for a few minutes in the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack

Dough can be frozen or refrigerated before baking, if desired to bake at another time.
