Mexican Cheese/ Cotija
Mayo
Paprika
Cilantro

Prep cobs for the grill. Wrap in Reynolds wrap- husk and all and grill for about 30-45 minutes, or until tender and cooked through.

Once cooled, shuck corn

Load it up and don’t be shy. I like to start with a Mayo base so all the other spices have a good Chance of sticking.
