2 tubes refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2-8oz. pkgs cream cheese, room temp
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz Cool Whip
Fresh fruit, your choice (low water content so it doesn’t get soggy)

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. 15x10 bar pan.

Press sugar cookie dough into bottom of bar pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until well blended.

Spread over cooled crust. Cut unto squares.

Cut up fruit and place on cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
