25# of peaches
12oz orange juice concentrate
3 c sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Boil water
Drop peaches in water for about 1 minute
Place them directly in ice water
Mix sugar and orange juice concentrate on large bowl
Peel and slice peaches into bowl
Mix well and carefully
Place in freezer bags and freeze flat
