Turkey, raw
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Rub Paste:
2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauceİ
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Teaspoons Lawry's Seasoning Blendİ
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Vinegar, enough to make a paste

Two Onion Halves
Stalk of Celery
Handful Parsley

2 Slices of Bacon, uncooked
Chunks of Soften Butter (about 1/2 pound)
2 Cups chicken broth
Cheesecloth

Directions:
Rub Turkey inside and out with paste. Put onion, celery, and parsley into the turkey. Lay two slices bacon across the breast of turkey. Stick huge chucks of butter between the crevices of drumsticks and body of turkey. Soak cheesecloth in olive oil and lay over turkey. Put in uncovered roaster. Add two cups of stock in roaster. Cook according to following scale at 300 degrees.

7 - 10 pounds - 30 minutes per pound
10 - 15 pounds - 20 minutes per pound
15 - 18 pounds - 18 minutes per pound
18 - 20 pounds - 15 minutes per pound
20 - 23 pounds - 13 minutes per pound

You may baste turkey only twice during the cooking time. This browns the turkey.
