2 lb flank steak, thinly sliced,
(or 2 lb ground beef)
2 tbsp cornstarch
¼ c soy sauce
2½ tbsp coconut oil
1 lg sweet onion, thinly sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
¼ tsp kosher salt
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
6 c beef stock
6 c broccoli florets, cut bite-size

Directions:
Directions:
Coat meat in cornstarch & add soy. Rest 10 min-1hr.
Cook meat in hot oil w/o stirring 1 min. Stir. Repeat.
(do not overcook the meat) (transfer to covered dish)

Cook onion, garlic, ginger in oil. Salt/pepper. 5 min.
Add broccoli & beef stock & bring to simmer.
Adjust seasoning.
When broccoli is cooked but still crisp,
add meat & juices. Stir and serve.
