9-inch unbaked pie crust

3 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
(15-ounce) can Festal Golden Pie Pumpkin (or Libby's)
1 cup low-fat evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°

Beat eggs in large bowl. Add sugars, cinnamon, salt, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger and mix until smooth. Add pumpkin and mix until incorporated. Add milk and mix until smooth.

Pour pumpkin mixture into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 45 minutes, or until a cake tester or cold knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
