8 oz. can of crushed pineapple with juice
1 egg, beaten
1 T. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
4 c. Granny Smith apples (cut into bite-sized pcs)
1 c. honey-roasted peanuts
8 oz. container of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the first five ingredients over a medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture has thickened. Cool thoroughly before proceeding to next step.

Put the apples in a large mixing bowl. Fold in 1/2 cup of the peanuts and all of the Cool Whip; then stir in the cooled sauce until all of the ingredients are well blended. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Add the last 1/2 cup of peanuts on the top before serving.
