Yellow Cake mix
1 cup apple cider not Apple juice
1/2 cup apple sauce
3 large eggs room temp
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbl brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Topping
2 Tbl cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º F
In large bowl beat the dry cake mix, apple cider, apple sauce, water, and eggs. Add in cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Pour mix into a well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake on center rack and bake 40-45 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes

Topping
Mix cinnamon and sugar.
When the cake has cooled, brush the entire surface with melted butter. Rub dry mix until evenly coated.

To bake in muffin tins, bake at 350º for about 14 minutes. Let cool and place the topping as above.
