Onion
Peppers, Green, Red, Yellow
Salt and Pepper
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ham into cubes (or buy cubed ham or use ham lunchmeat)
Slice onion and peppers.
If using raw potatoes, wash, cut off any bruising or dark spots and then cube.
If using frozen country style hash browns, put then in the microwave and cook for ~8 minutes, shaking the bag at least once to break up the clumping.

In a pan, heat up the oil, add the potatoes and onions, cook until almost done, then add the ham.

Finish cooking with the lid on.
Salt and Pepper and EAT.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You could buy the O'Brien style frozen Country hash browns. O'Brien style has onions and peppers already cut up with the potatoes, so it makes it easier to cook this meal quicker.
