Cold, cooked rice
Ham
Fresh...green, red, yellow peppers
Onion
Chinese Five Spice Blend
Oil (vegetable, olive or canola)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up the ham into cubes (or buy it cubed or use ham lunchmeat cut into little strips...any type of ham will work).

Dice the onion and peppers.

Add some oil into the bottom of the pan.
Put the onions in the pan to saute, cooking for a few minutes but not cooked all the way.
Add the peppers and ham.
Stir and cook for a few more minutes.
Add the cold rice and sprinkle the Chinese five spice blend over the mixture.

Stir together and cook until the rice is warm.

If the rice sticks to everything, then add a little more oil.
