Sweet Italian sausage links, cut up
Frozen tortellini (cheese)
Marinated artichoke hearts, cut up
Olives, sliced
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Minced garlic
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté Tbsp of garlic in EVOO over medium heat. Add sliced sausage links. Bring pot of water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package. While tortellini is cooking, add artichokes, olives, tomatoes, and some of the artichoke marinade to sausage. Sauté together until tortellini is cooked. Drain tortellini, put back in pot and add sausage mixture to pot. Stir well and serve with shredded Parmesan.
