1 stick of butter
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 cup of self rising flour
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup of confection sugar
1 cup of cool whip
2 small boxes of Butterscotch Instant Pudding
3 cups of milk
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Melt butter. Add pecans and flour to melted butter. Mix. Pat evenly into 13 x 9 dishes. Bake for 15 minutes at 300º. Let cool for one hour. FIRST LAYER: Cream together cream cheese, confection sugar, cool whip, and place on top of cooled crust. SECOND LAYER: Mix pudding and milk. Spread over the first layer. THIRD LAYER: Top the entire dish with a layer of Cool Whip and chill. Cut in squares and serve. Yum!
