3-4 salmon fillets (depending on size)
Roasting veggies (green beans, tomatoes, broccoli, asparagus)
EVOO
lemon (fresh)
Garlic and herb butter
Dill
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Put salmon in middle of baking dish, place veggies on either side of salmon. Drizzle EVOO and salt over veggies. Place garlic and herb butter, dill, and lemon slices on each salmon fillet. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
