4 medium potatoes
½ cup chopped dill pickle
½ cup chopped onion
mustard & mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes and boil in a small amount of water, add a tsp of butter, this will keep water from boiling over. Cook until tender. Drain water and add 1 T of butter, salt, and pepper to taste, mash with a potato masher and add mustard and mayo. Mix well. Add pickles and onion. Serve warm or cool and serve later. You may add a chopped hard-boiled egg if you desire. Note: Jean Strawn Posey is Bob's sister.
