4 medium all purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 C olive oil
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients in 9x13 dish or roasting pan, stir until well combined. Bake, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and golden brown, about 35 minutes.
