10 oz diced tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 small diced onion
2 t salt
1t garlic powder
16 oz Monterey Jack cheese cubes or shredded
2 t corn starch
18oz evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet sauté onion in a tablespoon of oil till soft
Add in tomatoes, salt, garlic powder
Cook down till liquid is almost evaporated
In a bowl toss corn starch and cheese together until cheese is coated
Add cheese and evaporated milk to the tomato mixture
Cool on low till melted
Serve with chips!
