Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbsp instant minced onion (I use an onion chopped)
1/2 cup rice (instant minute rice)
2 cups tomato (chopped or stewed)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp season all
1 tsp salt (recipe calls for 2, but I've found it to be too much)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp ground tyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, pepper and onion. Drain fat. In a large pan (like what mom made goulash in), put meet mixture in and add tomatoes and spices. Then add the uncooked rice and stir.
If you don't double the recipe, empty I to an 8x8 pan; cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was actually Sarah's mom's recipe and was always doubled. I make sure to still double it, and take in my work lunch for the next several days. I've never seen anyone not like this tasty Spanish rice recipe. When I double it, I usually just chop up a whole pepper and about half an onion.
