3 lemons
6 eggs
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grate lemons, Juice 3 lemons. Put both into top of double boiler.
2. Whisk in eggs and sugar and place over water.
3. Cook until thicken 15-20 minutes.
4. Add butter and stir to combine. Cool.
5. Store in glass container in fridge. Will keep several months.

Makes 3 cups
