Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 large onion
3 carrots
2 potatoes
1 green pepper
1 can creamed corn
1 can niblets corn
2 cups chicken broth
1 pkg. farmer's sausage

salt, pepper, seasoning salt, fresh parsley to taste
1/2 medium jar of cheese whiz
*may add 2 cloves of garlic
*fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion, carrots, potatoes, green pepper in olive oil and a bit of butter.
2. Once veggies are soft and browned, add sausage in chunks.
3. Add broth and enough water to cover everything completely.
4. Boil and simmer until potatoes are soft, about 20 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper and other spices to taste
6. Add creamed corn and niblet corn
7. Make sure there is enough liquid and add chicken broth and water accordingly.
8. Add cheese whiz. Mix until cheese is melted
9. Taste, add spices to taste and enjoy.
