½ cup corn starch
½ cup icing sugar
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
¾ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift corn starch, icing sugar and flour together. Blend in butter with spoon, mix until soft, smooth dough forms. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place about 1½ inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with a lightly-floured fork.
Bake in 300ºF oven 20 to 25 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
Makes about 3 dozen.
