2 lb flank steak or stew meat
1 onion
3 garlic cloves sliced
1 tsp oregano
1 can stewed tomato
2 red bell peppers sliced
½ c beef broth
olive oil
salt & pepper
Romain lettuce spears


Directions:
Directions:
Saute mode: oil, beef, onions, garlic. Cook 5 min.
Add oregano, broth, then tomatoes & seasoning.
Stew mode, 25 min on high pressure.

Quick release. Transfer meat to cutting board & shred.
Saute mode; add pepper & cook 15 min.
Stir in beef.

Serve spooned into washed/dried lettuce leaves.
