1 lb. pasta (Rotini), 1 or 2 large Idaho Potatoes, 1 1/2 lb. fresh Green beans ended and washed. 2 large bunches fresh Basil. Virgin olive oil, 3/4 lb fresh grated parm cheese, 3/4 lb. toasted pine nuts salt pepper

Boil water and cook pasta about 12 min. At about 3-4 min in add peeled, sliced and diced potato . Add green beans with about 4 min remaining. Turn off burner and leave in pot. Now add basil cheese and pine nuts in a food processor. chop well adding olive oil to get to a smooth pesto. Add Salt and pepper to taste. Drain Water pot an dput in large bowl. While still steaming ,put pesto sauce on top and blend in. Add a drizzle to entire batch and serve hot.
