Notes: Granny (my dad's mom) would bring a peach cobbler to the farm when she would visit with PawPaw. We kids would always get so excited! She used lots of sugar, so we tweaked the recipe a bit and now make it a little less sweet and a little more tart. It is our go-to recipe for unexpected company and when fruit is in season. We try to keep frozen berries or peaches handy to make this easy recipe. It is delicious by itself or served hot with vanilla ice cream.
