Directions:Put the self-rising flour and plain, fat-free, Greek yogurt in a stand mixer bowl with the dough hook attachment.
Mix on low speed until combined. Knead on medium speed for about 3 minutes until ball forms.
Turn out onto a floured surface. Sprinkle with flour, knead a couple of times and form into a ball. |

Bagels |

Ingredients: 1 batch two ingredient dough

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 475°F.
Make dough adding seasonings as above.
Cut the dough into six pieces. Roll each piece into a long rope and then form a circle with the dough rope, pinching the ends together where they meet. Place on a parchment covered baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with garlic and herb seasoning. Bake at 475˚F for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. |

Bread Bowl |

Directions:Shape dough into the size you prefer on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Egg wash the bread bowls, top with garlic powder or everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to an hour. Once the bread starts to brown, use a toothpick to see if the inside is done. |

Pizza |

Ingredients: 1 batch two ingredient dough pizza sauce cheese toppings optional: garlic salt, pepper, onion powder

Directions: |
Directions:Roll the dough out into a large circle on a floured surface. Move the dough over to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Reshape dough to fill the pan. Can be cut into 4 pieces to make 4 small/individual pizza crusts.
Top with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, pepperoni, and oregano.
Bake at 425˚F for 17-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Air Fryer Method
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Roll out onto floured surface. Cut into 4 pieces - will make 4 small/individual pizza crusts.
Cook dough for about 5 minutes.
Add sauce, cheese, and whatever toppings you choose.
Cook for another 5-10 minutes, depending on thickness of dough. |

Pretzel Bites |

Ingredients: 1 batch two ingredient dough 1/2 cup boiling water 1 tbsp baking soda 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 tbsp pretzel salt

Directions: |
Directions:Cut the dough into four pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a long rope. Cut the ropes into small segments.
Dissolve baking soda in boiling water. Dip the dough segments into the baking soda mixture and place on a parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake at 425˚F for 7-10 minutes, until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with pretzel salt. |

Garlic Cheddar Rolls |

Ingredients: 1 batch two ingredient dough 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 tbsp melted butter 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp parsley

Directions:Flatten the dough ball slightly and pour the shredded cheese into the center. Fold up the dough around the shredded cheese and knead to incorporate the cheese.
Form a ball and cut it into eight pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a ball and place on a parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake at 475˚F for 10-14 minutes, until golden brown. Mix together melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over the garlic cheddar rolls. |

Directions:Cut the dough into six pieces. Roll each piece into a long, breadstick shape and place on a parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake at 425˚F for 10-14 mins until golden brown.
Mix together melted butter and garlic salt. Brush on the breadsticks. |

Naan Flatbread |

Ingredients: 1 batch two ingredient dough 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter, melted 2 tsp sea salt 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions:Cut the dough into eight pieces. Put one piece of dough on a well-floured surface and sprinkle it with flour. Roll the piece of dough into a thin circle and set aside. Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough.
Warm a cast iron or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the skillet with olive oil and then carefully add a thin circle of dough. Cook for a few minutes until it puffs up and gets brown spots. Flip and cook on the other side. Repeat with remaining dough.
Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with sea salt and chopped cilantro (optional). |

Ingredients: 1 batch two ingredient dough recipe 1/2 cup pasta sauce 1 point 1/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella 1 point Italian seasoning Parmesan cheese

Directions:Preheat oven to 350°F.
Roll dough into two 6 inch circles.
Scoop ¼ cup of pasta sauce on half of each circle, avoiding the edge as you will be folding and sealing the dough on this part.
Add ⅛ cup of 1 point shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce. Fold over the dough and press to seal the edges.
Spray top with cooking spray and sprinkle on Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Bake on greased pan at 350°F for 22 minutes and then raise temperature to 500°F for 2 minutes. |

Bagel Dogs |

Ingredients: 1 batch 2 Ingredient Dough 4 hot dogs (Any brand, meat or product)
OPTIONAL
1 large Egg (whisked for egg wash finish
Topping Ideas: Plain
Everything Bagel – Sprinkle on the Everything Bagel spice or mix your own using dried onion, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Cheese – add your favorite cheese during the last few minutes of baking
Jalapeno & Cheese – add jalapeno slices and cheese during the last few minutes of baking.

Directions:Divide the batch of the dough into four equal balls. Roll out a ball on a lightly floured surface until it becomes a smooth and even rope about 3/4" thick. Gently wrap the dough around the hot dog and pinch the ends onto a neighboring piece of dough on the underside of the bagel dog to keep firmly in place. Repeat with remaining dough balls.
Transfer the bagels to the baking sheet with the seams face down.
OPTIONAL STEP: Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with your preferred toppings.
Bake the bagels for approx. 23-25 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Enjoy immediately or wrap tightly after cooling until you're ready to enjoy.
