Oven to 350º
Spray 10-in deep-dish pie plate.

4 English muffins, cut to 1" cubes
3 lg eggs
½ c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
1⅔ c half-n-half or whipping cream
2 tbsp butter melted
⅛ tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange muffins in single layer in dish.
Beat together eggs & sugar & cinnamon.
Stir in vanilla & salt; mix well.
Add half-n-half & butter.
Pour evenly over muffins;
press down to evenly moisten.
Sprinkle nutmeg evenly over.
Cover & refrigerate overnight.

Bake 40-45 min til puffed & brown.
Transfer to cooling rack for 10 min.
Cut into wedges & serve warm
w/Lalaland Peach Preserves topping.
(or syrup).
