Oven to 325º. Grease 8x11 baking dish.
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 gr onion, chopped
1 lb hash brown potatoes
2 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c milk
1 (2.6 oz) pkg country gravy mix
pinch paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & drain sausage.
Mix in onion & spread into dish.
Spread potatoes in layer over.
Top with cheese.

Whisk smooth eggs, milk, & gravy mix.
Pour over casserole. Sprinkle paprika.
Bake 1 hr, til knife comes out clean.
Let stand 10 min before serving.
