Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups warm water (110°F - 115°F)
1 pkg active dry yeast
¼ cup chunky style peanut butter
¼ cup finely chopped peanuts
2 tsp salt
¼ cup packed brown sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
In kitchen aid stand mixer bowl, dissolve yeast in the warm water. Measure flour using spooning and level method. Add peanut butter, peanuts, salt, sugar and half of flour to yeast. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed with dough hook. Scrape bowl frequently. Add remaining flour and blend just until combined. Scrape down sides of bowl and cover with clean cloth. Allow to rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.

Stir dough about 25 strokes on slow speed. Spread into a greased bread pan. Dough will be slightly sticky. Smooth out top of loaf by flouring your hand and patting into shape.

Cover and let rise again until dough reaches ¼ inches from the top of a 8 ½x4 ½x2 ¾” pan or 1 inch from a 9x5x 3“ pan, about 40 minutes.

Heat oven to 375°F. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until browned on top. During the last half of cooking, cover loaf with brown paper. Loaf is done with hollow sounding by gently tapping on crust. Immediately remove from pan and allow to cool on wire rack
