4 cups diced cooked chicken
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup diced cheese
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup diced onions
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and celery in 1 cup of broth for 5 minutes on high. Combine all other ingredients, reserving 1 cup of cracker crumbs. Cook for 10 minutes on high. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on the top and cook for 30 minutes at 350° in the oven.
