1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
9 flour tortillas, each torn into pieces
3-4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. salsa
Cooked rice.

Combine soups, sour cream, onion and 1 1/2 c. cheese in a bowl. Place 1/3 of each of the following in layers in crockpot: torn tortillas( 3), soup mixture, chicken, and salsa. Repeat layers 2 more times. Cover, cook on Low 4-5 hours (Recipe does not do well on High.) Serve over rice or with tortilla chips and lettuce.

This recipe makes a lot. I usually cut it in half. You can now buy a can of cream of mushrom and cream of chicken soup mixed together in one can. This is a favorite dinner of mine.
