15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
32 oz. frozen corn, or more to liking
Salt to taste
1 T. Chili powder, or to taste
1 T. Fresh cilantro, or to taste
3 chopped green onions
4-8 oz. rumbled cortina cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 375º.

Mix all ingredients except onions, saving some cheese and chili powder to sprinkle on top.

Bake 30 minutes. Top with green onions.
