11/8 cup warm water
teaspoon and a half yeast
11/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
add together ingredients in order of ingredient list
mix together until ball forms( add more flour if needed)
let rise until doubled
put into bread pan
let rise again until inch or so above bread pan
bake 30 mins at 325 (convection oven) - - conventional probably 350 for 35 mins
